Not only is the skylight dirty and discolored, but water leakage has also been occurring for a considerable length of time.

Replacing the custom ridge mount skylight.
This is not a particularly complex project.. The old skylight is removed and the expoosec beams, which will act as the skylight's curb, are cleaned and prepped for the new rifge mounted skylight.
The new skylight is set in kplace with a relatvely long reach crane and then attached to the brams. Then comes the most important step, proper flashing including the use of a sticky underlaynment.
