The owner of this two-story, four-bedroom ,1,619 sqft residence contacted us with the complaint that the current attic vent fan was not keeping up with the heat in the home. He accepted our recommendation for an Attic Breeze model SFA 4523A rated at 1550 CFM.

Since the home already had an attic fan installed, installation was simplified. Remove a few shingles and the existing fan, then install the self-flashing Attic Breeze fan and replace the shingles.
