A little history:
In 1980 Rob Packard, having been in the construction industry since 1975, helped found See the Light Construction at a location on south Broadway in Denver, Colorado.
In 1986 See the Light becomes Skylight Specialists. A year later Rob buys out all partners to become sole owner and then incorporates in 1992.
In 2025, Skylight Specialists opened a fifth branch in Clearwater, FL.

Julia has been with SSI since 2020.
Hello! I’m Julia, and I was born and raised in the picturesque region of upstate New York. My passion for the ever-changing seasons and breathtaking mountain landscapes has deeply shaped who I am. Growing up surrounded by nature’s kaleidoscope has instilled in me a profound appreciation for the beauty all around us.
I feel incredibly fortunate to work in such a stunning area—my dream come true! My journey has allowed me to join a wonderful company that truly feels like family. I cherish the supportive environment and collaborative spirit, which motivates me every day to contribute my best.

Antonio Barquin
I’m originally from Palm Harbor, Florida, where I was born and raised. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me geeking out over anime, enjoying a football game, or hitting the trails for a hike. Staying active is a big part of my life, and I’m always down for a good workout or a new adventure, especially when it involves travel.
The things that matter most to me are self-growth and helping others, whether that’s through personal connections or sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Every day is an opportunity to grow, and I love being able to help others do the same.
