The skylights are cracked, leaking and seriously obsolete.
The owner of this home in Tarpon Springs, built in 1985, contact us for a bid to replace the five skylights. 40 year old skylights surpassed their useful lifepan and should be replaced. Advances in glass coating technology over the last forty years is significant to say the least.
