A cracked and broken acrylic dome skylight.
The owner of this residence contacted us for an estimate to replace the an acrylic dome skylight on hier home. After a free home evaluation a decision was made to replace the skylight with a curb mounted fixed skylight.

The plastic dome has degraded significantly. Thehas yellowed and has two large cracks that have been covered with caulk. It also does not have a clear sky view. The benefit of the clear sky view is hard to put a value on, but you will love it.
